- Douglas Martyn Review added: 2018.03.29★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tried to support local business and went to Braidwood carpets for a quote to replace our carpets. Showroom appeared unmanned but I eventually found someone in an office. He said he would arrange to measure and quote between 1 and 2pm next day. Got a phone call at 1pm to say was running late but ' 'promised to be there before 3pm'. We phoned a 4 pm when still no show and they said 'could they come tomorrow' . We declined their offer as we had already wasted a day waiting for them. Suggest you give this one a miss, showroom staff have little expertise and company unreliable.
